And actually it doesnt take very long at all. Average load time 2-3 minutes, then again I havent finished it yet. LOL!
And yes patience! something I am running short on right now because I am itching to get chapter 13 out
I dont get home until 5:15 from work then have to love on my hubby cats and dog so by the time I get to loading the game it is around 7 so I only get to build for a couple hours. Going to focus on it this weekend though.

I love to build and decorate, the funny part is the building is the easiest part, its the decorating that takes forever... And it still isnt finished yet...
The lot I lost when I uploaded AL took me two plus weeks,
The orangery, which if you've ever read my story took two days alone. about 18 hours total... because I am a perfectionist, LOL!

Although I did another search, just couldnt give it up. LOL! And found the lot, with a few minor tweeks here and there it is as good as new. HOORAY!!!!
Startled my husband with my excitement, I literally was jumping for joy. I am such a dork, LOL! but oh so relieved that I got the lot back. And all my others are working great. *WHEW!!!
Sandy have a good time off and will hopefully get my next chapter up a little later this upcoming week. I am so happy I found the wilshire manor, lol!!! So I dont have to worry to much about it...

It flows really well. I love the details -- the ivy on the walls, every little thing...but I'm obsessive too.
actually I agree, the lots don't really take that long to load, and building and tweaking the structure isn't anywhere near as difficult as the interior. that's a huge and long job.

Cherie that is gorgeous! Wow! My PC would choke and die loading a lot like that. I barely get the Stanfield lot to load. You should be glad you lost the mansion; look at what you ended up with!

Beth, the file somehow went into an invisible mode, at least that's how I figure it to be. Because I had to run a search and include hidden files. So glad that the lot isnt totally screwed off. I really didnt want to use this new lot for the wilshires.
So far the pictures is all I have done, still need to complete the rest of the house, but I think I will go one room at a time as needed. for story purposes until it is all done. 80)
